Membership & Access

Stellar Collective is a curated community for creative women. Membership to The Table includes access to in-person dinners (where applicable), digital community spaces, calls and member content.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Access is granted once your application is approved and payment is confirmed.

Payments & Billing
Membership is billed monthly at £200 per month on a rolling basis.

By joining, you agree to recurring monthly billing unless cancelled in line with the cancellation terms below.

Prices may be reviewed occasionally. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds
Membership can be cancelled with one month’s notice.

Because Stellar is a digital membership with immediate access to community spaces, content and events planning, we do not offer refunds once a billing period has started.

If you’re unable to attend a particular dinner, your access to the wider community, calls and digital content continues as normal. And you may be able to bring a guest next time as a goodwill gesture.

Events & Attendance
Dinner dates are shared in advance and are planned individually.

Attendance cannot be rolled over or refunded. Occasionally, guest tickets may be offered at our discretion, but most events are members-only to protect the experience.

Community Conduct
Stellar is built on respect, kindness and contribution.

By joining, you agree to engage respectfully with other members, keep conversations within the community confidential, avoid pitching or self-promotion unless explicitly invited, and respect differing perspectives and experiences.

We reserve the right to remove members whose behaviour undermines the integrity, safety or values of the community. In these cases, membership fees are not refundable.

Expectations & Responsibility
Stellar is a peer community, not a coaching programme, mentoring scheme or therapy space.

While support, insight and connection naturally form, members remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes.

No guarantees are made regarding business results, opportunities or personal outcomes.

Changes to the Community
Stellar Collective is evolving by design. We may update formats, platforms, content or event structures as the community grows.

If we ever need to pause or close the community, we’ll communicate this clearly and with reasonable notice and if any refunds are owed we will of course make this happen.
